Privacy policy
This policy explains how Greenlistals handles personal information. Last updated .
Who publishes this site
The publisher is MOM HOMES INC, registered address 6608, DUMFRIES ST, VANCOUVER, BC, V5P 3B7, registration number BC1241748. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
Greenlistals does not offer accounts, newsletters, analytics dashboards, advertising networks, tracking pixels, social plugins or any third-party script. We do not run a customer database of readers.
The contact form on this site does not transmit data to a server and does not store messages, names or email addresses. Anything you type there remains in your browser until you close the page; submitting the form only reveals a thank-you state locally.
Cookie-consent choice
The only information we store on your device is your cookie-consent choice. The key is named cookie-consent. It lives in local storage in your browser. It lasts until you clear site data or use the “Cookie preferences” control in the footer to reset the choice. Values are either accept or refuse.
Server logs
The hosting provider may keep standard server logs (for example IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user-agent) for security and continuity. Those logs are retained according to the host’s operations schedule, typically for a short period measured in weeks rather than years, and are not used by Greenlistals to build reader profiles.
Purposes and legal bases
- Remembering your cookie-consent choice — legitimate interest in respecting a preference you expressed, and compliance with privacy expectations for a Canadian audience.
- Operating and securing the website via host logs — legitimate interest in keeping the publication available and protected against abuse.
Retention
The consent value remains until you erase it. Host logs follow the provider’s retention window. We do not keep a separate editorial copy of either.
No sale or international transfer by us
We do not sell, rent, share or transfer personal information to advertisers or data brokers. We do not send reader data abroad for marketing. Hosting infrastructure may process technical logs as part of providing the server; see the host’s own documentation for that processing.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Canadian privacy law, you may request access to personal information we hold about you, ask for rectification of inaccuracies, request erasure, restrict or object to certain processing, and ask for portability where it technically applies. Because we keep almost nothing, many requests will simply confirm that no reader profile exists.
To exercise these rights, write to [email protected] with enough detail for us to identify the request. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Information and contact channels are available at https://www.priv.gc.ca/.
Children
The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
